The best thing you can do is get a good bill of health, eat PLAIN yogart daily (or do the supplements), not take antibiotics unless absolutely necessary and of course be kind to you woman parts by wearing no undies or cotton undies and even going without tampons for awhile-basically-LET HER BREATH ;). Of course what seems like reacurrant yeast can be something more along the lines of a STD so always be SURE, esp. if sexually active, to check with your doc to make sure its not some other evil kootie that acts like a yeast infection.
